Why Food Consultant Needs?

Food Consultant…….!

THIS IS SPECIALLY FOR My all Current Business Partners and Future Clients. After successful running of several companies, and so many new product developments, As well as after seeing some sick food manufacturing units. It was observed that Food consultant will atleast save your money either long term or in Short terms and this is 100% true for new units. Which has no practical experience.

CASE STUDY No.1:

In Metoda (Rajkot), One Namkeen industry was in Loss, and the reason was, the owner has more than 20 years’ experience of Namkeen Manufacturing, that experience leads him in Loss!!!!!!!!! How: The product Manufacturing experience was 20 years, So it is fact that no need to take any consultancy service, But the experience was Manufacturing, not packaging, so Namkeen gets soggy and scientifically No environmental control, Means Relative humidity was more than Normal standards, i.e. 45%, Thus Oxidation of oil occurred, As well as packaging materials was not up to the mark, Which must barrier to prevent Oxygen and Moisture, so due to rancidity products failed.

CASE STUDY No.2:

In Rajasthan, The popcorn Industry has established, worlds No1 Machine for Popcorn MAKING, i.e. Robocop Machine, But product has bad smell developed, and all investment of approximate Rs.45Lac was in Loss. He has 30 years of Namkeen Manufacturing experience. The reason was simple, At the time of Popcorn making, required percentage relative humidity for popcorn Not maintained. The Oil was not properly handled. The calculation of Surface area of Popcorn was not as per standard adherence of Moisture and Oil. The seasoning has not maintained standards of that In case of other items than Popcorn manufactured at same condition and same seasoning, than it might be successful.

CASE STUDY No.3:

In Surat well-known brand of Mobile khakhra has breakage and bad smell problems, and all cylinders for that was changed, because of this complaint. As packaging was so that Khakhra was kept as Loose in packets and due to lose the movement was high during transportation, and due to loose, the empty area of packets was filled with air. Which contains 20% Oxygen, that oxygen worked as Oxidation of Oil in Khakhra and above two problems were observed.

CASE STUDY No.4:

One Manufacturer has good quality thepla manufacturing unit, and taste was so good, but after packaging it has fungus problems, that is due to following reason – Recipe has no preservative -Oil was best quality but as per food technology it was poor quality. Packaging materials chosen was so, that Product can’t prevent to spoil, Packaging technology was not at all implemented to kill bacteria/Fungus spores. So automatically the development of microorganism might be high, and at the end that unit was sold out. Even after this much of loss, that manufacturer still don’t know that they were wrong or they have to take service of consultant, only because of the product  THEPLA Its so common every ladies know how to make So such thinking was the reason of his unit closed, he has no thinking to choose CONSULTANT.

CASE STUDY No.5:

In European Union, Plastic banned, and new opportunity to make edible cutlery arised so, to develop such new products, Food technology needs, which Only Food Consultant can do, and really we have developed such innovative product for Germany.
